Level 3 Building Survey
For older, altered or more complex properties.
A more detailed assessment of the building’s construction and condition, explaining significant defects, repair priorities and matters that need further investigation.
It gives you a fuller understanding of the property’s condition, the issues that may need attention and the priorities to consider before you commit.
Indicative repair-cost guidance may be included where appropriate.

Level 2 Home Survey
For conventional homes in reasonable condition.
An assessment of the property’s accessible parts, highlighting significant defects, maintenance needs and matters requiring further investigation.
It gives you a clearer understanding of the property’s condition and the issues worth considering before you commit.
Indicative repair costs are not included.

Vendor (Pre-Sale) Survey

Spray Foam Roof Inspection
Independent inspection and advice where spray foam insulation has been installed, partially removed or removed from the roof. The report records the visible findings and highlights where further assessment may be needed.
