Robert is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Chartered Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) and a Full Member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA).
His experience covers a wide range of residential property, including traditional buildings, modern homes, extended and altered properties and less conventional forms of construction. His approach combines careful inspection with clear explanations, practical priorities and realistic guidance on repairs, timescales and potential costs.

Where appropriate, high-level areas are inspected using camera-pole equipment and, where conditions and restrictions permit, drone imagery. This can provide a clearer view of roofs, chimneys and other areas that are difficult to assess from ground level.
